About DADS Auto Repair & Diagnostics

I have been bringing my car to Chris for almost two years, and I genuinely would not trust anyone else with it. What I appreciate most about Chris is how thorough he is. He takes the time to properly diagnose what is going on, explain what he finds, tell me what needs to be repaired and why, and make sure I understand everything before any work is done. I have never felt like something was simply being added to an invoice without explanation. He is also extremely good at diagnosing problems. Over the years, there have been issues with my car that he has been able to identify incredibly quickly, sometimes just from hearing a noise or looking at something before confirming it through the proper diagnostic process. That kind of experience and knowledge is hard to find. Most recently, my car needed a significant amount of work, including major engine-related repairs. Chris did not simply finish the job and hand me the keys. He extensively road-tested the car afterward, checked everything again after the drive, and even put it back on the lift while it was running so he could inspect underneath it and make sure everything was performing exactly as it should. That level of follow-through is one of the biggest reasons I trust this shop. Chris is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing problems and explaining what needs to be done, and the mechanic who worked on my car did excellent work. Everything was thoroughly checked before my car was returned to me, and I felt confident that the repairs had been done correctly and that my car was safe to drive. On a personal level, Chris has also been incredibly understanding and helpful with me over the years. I do not take that for granted, and I know that kind of trust develops over time. What I can confidently say to anyone looking for a mechanic is that he has always been honest with me, transparent about what my car needs, and genuinely concerned with making sure I am safe on the road. Finding a mechanic you trust is incredibly valuable, especially when you are relying on that person to tell you what is actually wrong with your vehicle and what really needs to be done. Chris has earned my trust through his actions over and over again. If you are looking for a mechanic in Madera who is knowledgeable, dependable, thorough, explains what he is doing, and takes the time to make sure the job is done right, I highly recommend this shop.

My family was struggling to find a roof over our head for the night and our car broke down in the heat. Dad’s came through for us and fixed our car and gave us hospitality in the process we are so grateful and appreciate them.

Where do I start? Well first of all, My family and I are from Arkansas and we traveled all the way to California for a matter. We got to madera and our vehicle broke down. Without hesitation I looked up repair shops and found this place of buisness. I initially called to make sure it was a legit repair shop & sure enough it was. The owner told me to get the car to them and they would take a look at it. Well within a few hours my wife and I pushed the car to the shop because it was not drivable. Thankfully our hotel was only up the street. We got it to them and they were promptly to get us squared away. What I initially thought was wrong was fixed and then come to find out it was another issue with our car. Despite having to figure out wat else was wrong with the car they gave us compassion and were very sympathetic to our problem. Well within had no money and this company came through for us and diagnosed the car issue and ordered the parts to fix our vehicle and get us back on the road. We’re forever grateful and indebted to them. Not only did they show humility and kindness to us but also fed us and our kids. I’ve never ran across such kind people. This shop will be our go to anytime we’re in town and we recommend you to utilize their services they are beyond amazing at what they do and are very knowledgeable and professional people. Don’t walk runnn and give them your buisness! We pray this Buisness continues to prosper, prevail and thrive. Thank you! All of you for your support in a desperate situation. Thank you! Efren and Chris
